OUR STORY

Mituran Ltd. was established in 1995 and it has taken over the production of agricultural machinery and the supply of spare parts of Vertikum brand. Mituran Ltd. had formerly been the majority owner of Verticum Ltd. that ceased to be. With its Vertikum brand machinery, Mituran Ltd. has a significant role in the national production of agricultural machinery and has gained recognition among Hungarian agricultural workers.
Vertikum machinery offers modern and master techniques considering technology and mechanism. The machines are characterized by reliability and long lifespan. A wide variety of Vertikum tilling machines are produced by Mituran Ltd. for both subsistence and commercial farms, with a performance ranging from 60 to 300 HP.
Vertikum brand includes:
- traditional machines for ploughing (rotary spades and combinators based on Rabawerk licence)
- ‘no-till’ machines (loosening machines, cultivators, disc-based harrows)
- drilling machines (cultivator drills)
- machines of modern technology, e.g. combined machines (with different cultivating parts) and multi-tasking machines combining different technologies.

Mituran Ltd. spends a remarkable amout of money on development from year to year and it is at the forefront of the national and international innovation. The company, as a patent holder, has developed several types of machines and technologies that are considered as novelty on an international level.
